2009 will be declared by many as the Year of Darwin. It will represent the 200th birthday of Charles Darwin’s birthday and the 150th birthday of his book The Origin of Species. Christians will be exposed to evolution in the media more than ever. I predict that the following will be observed:1. Intelligent design philosophy will be recognized and discussed by politicians and celebrities, while President Obama and other leaders will endorse evolution.
2. Comments by The Pope endorsing evolution will be mentioned.
3. School boards or teachers opposing evolution will be legally opposed by the ACLU and other groups
4. Answers in Genesis will be given free press coverage on a national scale in February.
